We’re all about keeping things simple! Enjoy FREE tracked delivery on orders over €49 (up to 30kg) anywhere in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland—no surprises, just great service.
For orders under €49, delivery is just €4.95. (A small surcharge applies for parcels over 30kg.)

As soon as you place your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email. You’ll get another update once your order is collected by our courier.
📦 Delivery Time: Orders are processed Monday to Friday, and you can expect your delivery within 2-5 working days.
If there’s any issue with stock, size, or colour, we’ll be in touch by phone or email to sort it out for you. Simple as that! 🐾

After you’ve checked out, keep an eye on your inbox! We’ll send you an email to confirm we’ve received your order. Our goal is to process and dispatch all orders within a couple of working days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll get another email with the dispatch confirmation.

Returns & Refunds
We want you (and your pet!) to be happy with every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days in its original condition for a refund or exchange.
🐾 Changed your mind? No problem—just send it back unused and in its original packaging with your order confirmation.
Let us know within 24 hours and we’ll replace it at no cost to you. If the item is visibly damaged on arrival, please refuse the delivery.
If the item is faulty or sent in error, we’ve got it covered. Otherwise, return costs are your responsibility.

Yes! If you’d like to exchange an item for an equivalent one, we’ll process the exchange once we receive your original item. Standard shipping rates will apply to the replacement.

What If the Exchange Item Has a Different Price?
If your replacement item costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
