The first stage is one of the most important parts of the filter system as it acts as a pre-filter removing excess food and plant particles thus protecting the rest of the filter from clogging.
We recommend the JUWEL filter wool pad be changed on a weekly basis. If you have large fish, then this may require changing slightly more frequently.

For orders under €49 we apply a simple flat fee of €4.95 for TRACKED delivery on all parcels up to 30kg anywhere in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland. No surprises and excellent service.
On our new recurring delivery service, we offer FREE Delivery on all orders over €29. Just choose recurring delivery on any applicable product

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and you should receive your order within 2-5 working days. If we have any issue with the stock, size or colour of any of your products we will contact you via phone or email.
