Petworld. ie will take back your WEEE on a one-for-one, like-for-like basis, free of charge at the time of delivery or at any one of our Letterkenny Store. Waste batteries are taken back in-store on a one-for-one basis (i.e. no purchased required) as long as they are of equivalent type to that sold by us. WEEE and waste batteries can also be returned to your local civic amenity site free of charge.
We offer FREE Tracked Delivery on orders over €49 and up to 30kg in weight.
For orders under €49 we apply a simple flat fee of €4.95 for TRACKED delivery on all parcels up to 30kg anywhere in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland. No surprises and excellent service.
On our new recurring delivery service, we offer FREE Delivery on all orders over €29. Just choose recurring delivery on any applicable product
Please note an additional charge will incur for orders over 30kg in weight.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and you should receive your order within 2-5 working days. If we have any issue with the stock, size or colour of any of your products we will contact you via phone or email.
